We encourage teachers, students, parents, and others to use the recordings as the rich educational source that they are, but also caution users to adhere to current copyright and privacy law when doing so. All recordings and related educational material contained on Story Preservation Initiative’s Learning Lab sites are copyright protected and the property of the organization and must be treated accordingly.

Materials from the Story Preservation Initiative collection are not to be deposited in other repositories, nor used for any commercial purposes without written authorization from the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Story Preservation Initiative.
